Equipment Erection
- Heavy equipment lifting and placement using cranes & rigging
- Erection as per approved GA drawings and foundation layout
- Rigging plans prepared by certified lifting supervisors
- Site safety compliance during all lifting operations
- Coordination with civil team for foundation readiness

Pump & Motor Installation
- Installation of centrifugal, submersible and process pumps
- Motor mounting, coupling and baseplate grouting
- Electrical hook-up coordination with panel connections
- Pre-commissioning checks and dry-run testing
- Vibration and performance verification after start-up

Static Equipment Installation
- Installation of tanks, vessels, heat exchangers & columns
- Positioning as per plot plan and elevation references
- Anchor bolting and foundation interface checks

- Nozzle orientation verification as per P&ID

Leveling & Alignment
- Precision leveling using laser and dial gauge instruments
