- Fabrication of skids, modules and pipe spools as per approved isometric drawings
- Shop fabrication under controlled quality conditions for accuracy
- Cutting, beveling and fit-up as per applicable welding codes
- Dimensional control and traceability of fabricated spools
- Surface preparation and coating prior to dispatch

Tanks, Process Equipment & Components
- Fabrication of storage tanks, vessels and process equipment shells
- Plate rolling, forming and shell-to-shell alignment
- Nozzle, manhole and internal component fabrication
- Hydrostatic and pneumatic testing of fabricated equipment
- Compliance with design codes and client specifications

Flanges, Supports & Fabricated Assemblies
- Fabrication of pipe supports, hangers and structural brackets
- Flange facing and bolt-hole orientation as per drawings
- Custom fabricated assemblies for site-specific requirements
- Material traceability maintained for all fabricated components
- Load-bearing checks carried out for support fabrication

Quality Welding, Fit-Up & Dimensional Inspection
- Welding by certified welders as per approved WPS/PQR
- Fit-up inspection carried out prior to final welding
- NDT coordination including DPT, RT and UT as required
- Dimensional inspection against approved drawings
- QA/QC documentation maintained for every fabricated item

Pipe Racks, Platforms & Steel Structures
- Fabrication of pipe racks, platforms, walkways and staircases
- Structural steel fabrication as per approved GA and shop drawings
- Welded and bolted connections as per structural codes
- Surface treatment and painting as per specification
- Pre-assembly trial fit-up carried out before site dispatch
